Return Policy

Digital Products
All of our products are digital downloads (ebooks, journals, planners, guides, etc.). Because of their nature, all sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake, or

• There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your file (after troubleshooting with our support team).

How to Request Support
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at yeslovemindset@gmail.com We’ll work quickly to help resolve the issue.

No Physical Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges since no physical products are shipped.
